Return and Refund Policy
At ENYA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your skincare journey. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair Return and Refund Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or tested. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our Customer Care team at enyaphilippines@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and a clear photo of the item in question. Once we verify the request, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to our returns center. Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered defective or in error.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through your original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, or COD reversal where applicable).
Please note that ENYA does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or delays caused by third-party couriers beyond our control. We also reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
