📦 Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. All parcels are handled with care and dispatched via trusted logistics partners such as J&T Express, LBC, or Ninja Van, depending on your location. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

3–5 business days for Luzon provinces

5–7 business days for Visayas and Mindanao
We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Delivery tracking numbers will be sent via SMS or email once your parcel is dispatched. While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays caused by weather, peak season, or courier operations are beyond our control.
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the courier for assistance.
